Roasted Cauliflower with cold pressed canola oil

Ingredients:


1
small head of cauliflower
1
3 Tbsp
cold pressed canola oil
45 mL
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 475 F (246 C)
2. Cut cauliflower into medium size florets. Place on foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle with cold pressed canola oil and salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn cauliflower pieces halfway through cooking.
3. Serve warm
