Crepes
Ingredients:

all purpose flour |
250 mL |
| 1 1/4 cup |
milk |
300 mL |

egg |

| 2 Tbsp |
sugar |
30 mL |
| 1 Tbsp |
canola oil |
15 mL |
| 1/4 tsp |
salt |
1 mL |
Directions:
In bowl, combine flour, milk, egg, sugar, oil and salt; beat until smooth. The batter should be the consistency of thin cream.
Heat a lightly greased 6” or 8” skillet. Remove from heat. Spoon 2 Tbsp of batter into skillet; lift and tilt skillet to spread batter. Return to heat, brown on one side. Invert pan; remove crepe. Repeat to make more crepes until batter is used up.
Serving Instructions:
Crepes are thin pancakes that can be wrapped around just about any filling - from savory to sweet. Some suggested fillings are spinach and feta, Saskatoon berries, or simply sprinkle with sugar and serve with Maple Syrup.
